Come to this outlet to buy 2 shirts for kids. Encounter very patience staff: Reanne, she asking if i interested to join member and only found out i already a member after key in my email. She take extra mile to explain to me do not worry about i losing my member card, as long as i mention my email, the point can be accumulate into the system. Also mention about birthday month discount. Hope to see more such professional service staff in our industry.
The staff was so friendly, especially the guy in a beanie didnt get to ask for his name to give a review. He helped us checked for stocks for the harry potter series ?? he went the extra mile. such a pleasant experience!
