Came here to purchase winter pants and were truly wowed by YX’s exceptional service. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and went the extra mile to assist us. YX was also very knowledgeable about the products and confidently answered our questions, including how to care for our UNIQLO items. His passion and dedication really shone through. Mike at the counter was very friendly and helpful, super patient too! He was guiding me step-by-step on how to navigate on the UNIQLO app and how to enjoy more discounts for my Xmas shopping spree! Appreciate that he returned to check if I was doing ok with the sign-up even though he had to excuse himself to attend to other customers while I work out the admin stuff for the app! Excellent customer service!
