In my first visit, TRT exudes a relaxing feel. So different from it’s sister brand IORA. A staff, Miko, greeted and assisted me in my selection. She was really patience and professional. No hard selling, only to make me feel like being listen to when I explained some apparel code needed for a work event. She is really helpful and assisted with good suggestion. Having such a staff is really an asset to the company and represent the brand with a good image and service level that should be so.

Being served by Mei Yng this afternoon and she's so patience in fulfilling all my request, from ironing the new piece to removing stains on the spot and also taking out 3 new piece just to satisfy a customer's requirements. Great customer service! Thanks to Mei Yng, I'm happy with my purchase.

Visited the store in bishan Junction 8 this afternoon. Initially just thinking of doing some window shopping as it seems never been the kinda of my style. (The shop) However I guess Miss Elver knows what looks good in each individual. She is professional and she just made you felt want to buy every single items that being recommended but not hard selling hahahahaha because she was just too experience in mix- matching!! Ended up buying a cotton flared culotte and knit top Thank you for your time cute lady and definitely will pay a visit again! Never know this brand before but I bet it gonna be in my shopping list because of the wonderful experience.
