Collected a pair of altered pants this afternoon. The male staff was very warm & professional even though it was purchased from another branch (Plaza Singapura). This type of excellent customer service is hard to come by these days.
Was served by Ben, he has excellent service. Was patient, friendly and even offered my dad a chair to sit down, while waiting for us to try our clothes.
