Staff in ion is very knowledgeable which helped me with my purchase. She is also very friendly and earnest to help me on how to match my blazer and which of the cutting pants goes along best with it and which cutting suits me more. I haven't been shopping in physical stores in a while but this experience definitely reminded me the good thing about physical shops. I forgot to ask for her name to commend her! She is a long hair malay lady. I visited on 11apr about 6+ pm. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!

Very outstanding services from this store. Special thanks to Karenn who made my visit so seamless and pleasant. She had great product knowledge and assisted me in my suit alterations. Quality of pants seems quite good. But at the $43 on offer. At least can buy only 1 pair, unlike Giordano, Bossini or Hang Ten , need to buy 3 or something like that.
