Shaw Theatres

Even though it’s one of the smallest IMAX screens in Singapore now (tied with Jewel, since JCube is closed, the screen still feels and looks big as achieved by the theatre layout. I particularly love the layout of IMAX theatres as the seats were literally below my knees, so nobody’s head blocked my view. The projection was crisp and clear and the seats were comfortable. I could also hear the surround-ness of the surround sound. Good to note that the movie started after just 15 minutes after the scheduled time, which is better than a lot of theatres, both in Singapore and overseas. The cineplex itself is quite large, with quite a number of screens. The toilets were clean too. Nice theatre, highly reccomend! Nice for those living in the east.

First time watching a movie here, very clean and comfortable seat! The cinema's hallway should have exit signs because the walking is very long and like a maze after I got out of the cinema.
