Giving 5 star because you all have skill issue (those leaving 1 star) Watched The Batman here twice. Speaker is up to the standards ...your weakling 2.0 sound bar can't do better. The Aircon isn't turned off after 9..it just set to room temperature and it is still comfortable. You're too comfy and spoiled at 18 degrees at home. Skill issue seriously

Nice experience. Tried the Gold Class for the first time. Awesome. Very comfy, got blanket some more. Some interesting menu of food and drinks. Highly recommended

Good experience when buying tickets and f&b. Haziq (Mgr/Supervisor) was cheerful, informative and proactive. He's definitely a people person. Frontline staff can learn from him
