I am lucky to have met Dr Shara by chance in late 2023 when I was seeking a good Chiropractor to help ease my lower back ache as a result of a herniated disc. I feel very comfortable being adjusted by Dr Shara and always felt some sort of relief post the adjustments done by her. Dr Shara also provides lots of suggestions on simple things and exercises that I can use and follow at home so that I do not aggravate my injury further and strengthen my muscles to help support my disc. Day by day, week by week, my pain eases and I get stronger and stronger. I like that Dr Shara and her team truly cares about their patients health and everyone is treated like family members / close friends and not just a 'customer'. Everyone at the clinic is super helpful and nice. For the past 3 years I have been a regular as Dr Shara was the one adjusting my chiropractor and recommended her when she left Singapore. I have never looked back. As a middle aged man who thinks that he can handle multiple triathlon races a year, the body thinks different. Dr Shara helps me with keeping everything in working conditions and advises me how to stretch/strengthen and deal with whatever new/old injuries I have. My own support dr like an elite athlete. Doctor Shara has been very professional and knowledgeable in her field of work. I felt really great after a series of treatment sessions. Better sleep quality and eliminated knee pain after long runs. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs some spine adjustments.
