I been having my adjustment twice a week with Dr. Marcus for almost 3 months now and the major difference I noticed is I’m not experiencing the usual migraine I have been experiencing before I started my adjustment. I still occasionally experience lower back pain but not as severe as before. Of course, I understand that self-healing is not an overnight solution. Life Chiropractic Centre staff are very welcoming. I personally feel that there is a sense of community at the centre which is one of the reasons why I like going back to the centre.

My life has changed for the better ever since I join Life Chiropractic almost 6 months ago. As a former ballet dancer , I was struggling with a lot of back pain. going to my regular adjustments, being consistent and believing in the process , not only has improved the pain , but has changed my posture , improved my sleeping patterns, the muscular recovery time after intense workout, weight loss , among many others. I’m very great full with Dr Marcus and his lovely team(Cindy & Adlina) for their care, kindness and amazing vibe! I always feel powered up after my visit.

I've been suffering from chronic neck & shoulder pains for years and have tried so many different therapies. My pains are now down to very manageable levels & have almost disappeared. My overall general sense of wellbeing has also improved greatly and I am able to enjoy an active & healthy lifestyle.
