I chanced upon this chiropractor on the website as i was looking for one which is closer to where i lived . After reading the reviews i decided to try it for myself as i was having my back and knee pain. My first impression of Dr wu was his friendliness and professionalism. He explained everything in details and I had no doubt about it. The best thing is they do not hard sell their package unlike the one i went before . I had been with dr wu for about a year now and im getting so much better . I just brought my mum to see dr wu recently and she is very happy with the result too. Thanks Dr wu & the ladies for all the help and assistance. I strongly recommend anyone who have pain to experience their service .

I have been with them for over 16 years. Dr Wu is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor. He is also very patient in treating my spine problem during my visit. The nurses are warm and friendly. I would recommend my friends and family member who have back problem to them.

I write review only if it is meaningful and means a lot to me, not wasting the reader's time. I am just sharing hoping it will be of help to someone, not paid to write this. Dr. Karl Wu is my choice for low cost, best value, genuine care and professional treatment. No medication and no injection needed. Self discipline and participation is required for improvement result. My very first painful pinched nerve experience was at the back of my left shoulder blade area with numbness over my left hand to my finger tips. This was more than 12 years ago. At my first consultation with Dr. Karl Wu, I asked him many questions about my condition. He was very down to earth and shared what was wrong with me based on medical facts and the human anatomy. It was due to cervical spondylosis, (degeneration of the intervertebral discs), section 5 and 6 (neck), simple and direct. I was impressed with his professionalism. I signed up for his treatment package and after each treatment, the pain went away gradually, but surely. I recovered before the package was fully consumed. Fast forward to January 2025, the pain came back, due to poor posture over computer and smart phone usage. As an elderly person, I was desperate as the pain was more intense now given how I had aged. I consulted a chiropractor near my work place for quick treatment hoping for immediate relief. The charges were very high but cost was not a priority then. Excruciating pain or money, I have to decide. I took up a starter package and was sent for a handful of x-rays over my neck and was treated with traction, which provided instant but temporal relief. I tried searching around for options with lower treatment costs and somehow, went back to Dr. Karl Wu. Cut it short, one of the staff Annie, was genuinely caring and concern that they extended beyond operation hours to attend to me. Naturally, I signed up for a package again, which goes by the number of visits. The treatments are being customized by Dr. Karl Wu himself according to my condition on each visit. Unlike others, I do not have to pay for each and every treatment station. Here, I could be treated say, at 4 stations in the same visit, no additional charge. The pain had reduced by at least 50% by the 3rd visit, and 80% by the 5th visit. After the 8th visit, the pain was gone. Out of the 27 visits, I had many left and will use them to hopefully, prevent the pain from occurring. Finally, my healing journey may not be the same as another for we are made differently.
