Jason was helpful from start to finish. Even though I was not able to be present to pass and collect item for repair, he was accomodating enough to allow me have it sent via my own courier arrangement and subsequently make payment once the repair is completed.
LCD from my iphone 11 was broken.Jason from the whitesands outlets was very efficient and replaced my LCD aswell as giving me a discount on the screen protecter and only took about 20-25 minutes. He also was great in explaing diffrent parts of the phone and why he was doing certin things while replacing the LCD. Great experince and will be coming here from now on, Thanks.
