I have heard of this cake brand before but never tried it until recently!! Tried their matcha tiramisu, earl grey tiramisu and strawberry souffle over the past week. The cakes are surprisingly, really fluffy and fresh tasting. They are not too sweet as well — just the right amount of sweetness! The cream they use is really fresh as well. I am a bit lactose and gluten intolerant but their cakes don’t seem to upset my stomach at all! Although their matcha isn’t that intense in flavour, I still think that it’s really pleasant tasting.

I am a long-time fan of Glacé’s cakes, especially its strawberry shortcakes in different designs. Perfect for families and kids’ parties.

I love their cakes in general especially becoz it’s Japanese hence it’s light and tasty.
