I want to give a big compliment to Rosie at this outlet. I had issues with my order due to the terrible management of my order. Fotunately, Rosie was very understanding on the ground and helped me to forward this up to the higher management, also offering me some alternate solutions to help with my event today.
Polar cakes have always been a family favourite. And for birthdays their Old Polar cake is THE BEST!! I recently discovered they do deliveries from online orders and that has been a life saver. Their customer service is wonderful. They respond promptly to any queries and with so much courtesy I felt comfortable they would do a good job. And they have not disappointed in the occasions I placed my orders with them. Keep it up Polar. We love your cakes and your curry puffs.
I buy a Swiss roll for company every Friday morning. Aunty here is polite, smiley n friendly to customers.
