Service staff are always genuine, thoughtful and attentive. Love their matcha and mango cream mochi's. The warabimochi's are to die for and beat those from Don Donki hands down.
Chateraise's xmas triple berry cake is lovely and delicious! Cake is soft, with light cream and with berries inside the layers and outside decorated with strawberries and blueberries.
