The staff is attentive and patient. She has good products knowledge and makes good recommendation when I was sharing with her, what I was looking for. It's my 2nd purchase with the branch at waterway point and will definitely come back again.

Great customer service at Waterway Point Cakebar. Bought the Osmanthus Oolong and Kori Lemon to try. They were delicious. Came back to buy the cake for birthday celebration.

Love the unique flavour and pretty appearance. Remember to get the cake early and defrost for 2 hours before the event. My fav is the Lychee rose strawberry.
