For me Upshot coffee is the best specialty coffee spot in Singapore. Located in the Raffles Place Centre on floor 4. I tried most of their coffees and love them! Rich in flavour, nice and balanced, good body. Some of them fairly fruity with a good acidity. Well trained employees/Baristas! I would love to buy their coffee on a regular basis - sadly they are not shipping to Europe. Anyways - this is a perfect spot for coffee enthusiasts.

A hidden gem of specialty coffee shop in CBD. Tried a cold dirty latte, it's not on the menu but can ask the barista for this one. The harmonious blend of hot espresso on top of cold smooth milk creates a good symphony of flavors, very recommended.

Excellent coffee, got a cappuccino, flavor is balanced and complex, just the way I like it.
