Sakya Muni Buddha Gaya Temple

I do visit this temple quite often about 2-3 times a year and the uncle and aunty who run this place have always been very warm, loving and welcoming. Its great to see that they still upkeep their kindness even after all these years. This temple is a quiet and peaceful one that's well hidden amidst HDB blocks and hence isn't crowded most of the time. Good place for observing some silence and/or meditation. Highly recommend for a visit!

I have been here for many years and times. Last visited during this Vesak day as well. A great historical place and peaceful temple especially less peak season. Missed the usual caretakers, elder man and lady (with spec), which taking care of the temple.

Thai style temple. The lady was very helpful and explained the history. Be sure to go behind the Buddha to a small entrance that leads to a reclining Buddha.
