Great service and value for money that I keep returning for more then 8 years now (City Square outlet)! The next key reason for being a loyal patron is that the technique & product used for threading and waxing don’t trigger bad reactions on my super sensitive skin which I often get when my curiosity gets the best of me and got me trying elsewhere. Lesson learned! What I also love about this place is that they don’t hard sell- never in my many years of visits! I know I can always have a relaxing time here without having to worry on ways to rebut high-pressure sales. Personally, the overall service here has been checking my list (in being consistent too) and it showed in my loyalty. Keep it up guys! That said, I need my waxing done soon. You’ll be hearing from me in a couple of days!

I always only wax my eyebrows with Rupa, she takes her time and constantly ensures that she does my eyebrows to my preference. Rupa also goes that extra mile to make the entire process and painless and seamless as possible. Highly recommend!
