Today I went to open a Uob bank account at the Sengkang Express Center branch. The female employee's name was Yasmeen. The service was very good. I received warm service and was very impressed. Thank you very much for your excellent service.
Only 1 staff working there when i went at 5pm. It took about 15-20 mins to go through about 6 ppl in front of me. But that is probably cause none of them were doing particularly time consuming tasks. The staff jason neo was very professional and polite.
Nikky Ng and Jocelyn Kua are very friendly and very efficiency. They are very attentive and can solve my problem very well. Thank you so much
