For my recent experience, the entire process is very seamless and quick. When I just joined the queue, the security lady guided me to the right UOB staff. She is helpful and aware of the new customers joining the queue. Double thumbs up.
I brought my father to this branch. When we reached there, all the seats have been taken up. The staff quickly searched and took out a chair for my father to sit. The lady staff at counter 2 was also very friendly and helpful.
