Was there this morning before 9 am. Short waiting time and received good service from Polly Lee. Despite I have difficulty in hearing, she was patient to explain in details. She knows her job well without seeking for others help.
Thanks POSB staff Ms Fiona Niam from Jurong Point branch, collection of MAS coin were done in less than 5 minutes, she is very friendly & polite. The security officer was very approachable and helpful too.
