Was there this morning before 9 am. Short waiting time and received good service from Polly Lee. Despite I have difficulty in hearing, she was patient to explain in details. She knows her job well without seeking for others help.

My visit to this branch changed from apprehensive to pleasure, due to the truly professional service given by Ms Luna at teller counter 7, to resolve a problem with my “PayNow” transaction. My good friend YiongHoe had assured me that we could recover the S$200 that went missing. Luna managed to trace n get me to do the needed process that reinstated the funds correctly.
