OCBC Bank - Jurong West

My experience was different, I was early but was 8th in queue. The bank opens sharp at 11am, 2 minutes before that staffs came up to us and asked the nature of our business there today & issued the running number accordingly. The staff who attended to me at the counter was See Nian Zhao, the account opening was smooth and seamless. She was also answering all my questions. The process was quite long, almost 1/2 hour but she was rushing everywhere to get my account opened the soonest, very attentive and informative, she deserves a raise. Overall, many counters were open attending many customers when I left. In general, it was hassle free for me.

When I recently visited your bank to refinance my home loan and to get information about opening an account,I was treated with the highest professionalism and attitude. My questions were answered by Valerie,who made sure of it. She made me feeling at ease immediately and gave me a review of your bank's savings accounts and home loan packages.

Angie pang, nigel Oon from jurong point branch really deserve compliment for their great work ethic, putting in the extra effort to get the job right and still cheerful despite being put in a tense situation. Angie and Nigel is really a true asset to the company!!
