When I recently visited your bank to refinance my home loan and to get information about opening an account,I was treated with the highest professionalism and attitude. My questions were answered by Valerie,who made sure of it. She made me feeling at ease immediately and gave me a review of your bank's savings accounts and home loan packages.

Angie pang, nigel Oon from jurong point branch really deserve compliment for their great work ethic, putting in the extra effort to get the job right and still cheerful despite being put in a tense situation. Angie and Nigel is really a true asset to the company.

Although the line is long and slow, the the customer service to me is very satisfied. Front desk customer service by the name of Irius Lim is so nice and helpful, and the officer - Charton is very nice and patiently helped to open saving account.
