POSB Bank

We visited late on a Friday afternoon. There was a queue and I thought oh no here we go again after trying to open an account as an expat. We had tried at two other different banks and been left feeling a bit battered and bruised (in a mental sense). But, I have to say we were impressed by the staff and their handling of customers. We got a ticket but the staff member recommend to go and do some shopping as would be a 40 minute delay to see someone. When we returned before 5.30 (closing time) we were ushered in and only had to wait about 5 mins. The staff member who looked after us was great. It was about a 40 min process and she made it feel easy and she was friendly and very professional. Thank you POSB Tiong Bahru. Great job.

Super appreciative to Kelsey, she aided me and my mom with both our accounts, and helped us navigate a situation where my book was swallowed by the machine. Can’t thank her enough for her patience and persistence with the VTM. I will bank with her any time.
