I attempted to open an online DBS account but didn't meet some requirements. When trying to adjust the registration online, I encountered server errors. Visiting the POSB DBS Tiong Bahru branch, the staff, especially Wan Lin, were attentive and helpful, guiding me through the process until I successfully opened the account.
If you're coming on the weekend, the wait is about 3 mins per number. A good way to estimate how long you'll have to wait is take your number, minus the current largest number on display, multiply that result by 3 minutes.
I applaud POSB and DBS for allowing people with learning disabilities and special needs to work at their branches.
