Went to open a new account. Bank was not crowded so there was no wait! Your staff, Harry was so friendly and helpful. He explained what I wanted the account for and recommend me the needed account. Right after, to deposit the cash was no wait too. Awesome service!!!

Went to transfer deposit with cash as I don't have an OCBC bank account card yet, stuff member was super helpful, showing me how to do it on the atm instead of queuing up, save me time.
