DBS Bank

For more than 1.5 years I had an open police report regarding wrongful transfer of funds. Apparently the account the money was send to belonged to a deceased person with no next of kin. With the help of Ernie from the Plaza Singapure branch it was solved within a month! Excellent and friendly service. Apparently better than Singapore Police!

Thank you Mei Jen for the professional and warm service at counter 15. I enjoyed my experience at DBS today. Though the waiting/queueing time is long. Other staff who serve at the entrance were friendly as well.

Nicole was professional and very helpful. I arrived at the bank just before 5pm and they were closing the counter. She assisted me and listened to the voice call with me throughout. Thank you very much!
