I visited the branch today and my transactions went smoothly, huge thanks to the staff who were really accommodating, very friendly and helpful. Thanks again to Angela and ate Jennifer. Keep it up.

Nicole was professional and very helpful. I arrived at the bank just before 5pm and they were closing the counter. She assisted me and listened to the voice call with me throughout. Thank you very much.

Thank you Mei Jen for the professional and warm service at counter 15. I enjoyed my experience at DBS today. Though the waiting/queueing time is long. Other staff who serve at the entrance were friendly as well.
