Recently visited this OCBC at Level 15, Parkway Parade and found the service to be Excellent and Thoughtful. Especially since it was a last minute request, without prior appointment, for help on Student Loan Pre-Payment matters - Ms Ashley still promptly assisted and arranged counter service who was knowledgeable and processed it with 15 mins.
