Went to this branch today. The counter staff who attended to me is intelligent and helpful. She is one of the old staff. I had pleasant encounters with her in the past too. I m so grateful for such pleasant encounters. Her name is Suhui. She patiently helped me list down all the fd accounts I have. For a senior citizen like me, it is so useful to have a summary like this. What an angel!! Thank you very much.

Thanks to Officer Aaron who was very helpful and efficient. Activating my new atm card and applying for the dispute was smooth sailing.
