Had a good and pleasant service here! It better than the previous one i had,i would like to thank the front line malay lady who help me and my mum on our enquiries and queue, she is very helpful and patience in attending us and would like to thank Callie for her good and smooth service too,very nice and friendly lady and explained one by one to my mum so she could understand too. Overall better experience than ever.

I enjoyed my time at the bank on the afternoon largely due to the staff helping me. The staff was stationed at counter 7, and her tag read "Trainee". Ms Trainee is very polite. It was my first time at the bank, and I was blur AF. However, Ms Trainee patiently guided me through each step. It was much appreciated.

Thanking Karine for her extra step in help and assistance on acc opening today. Really appreciate her help.
