I enjoyed my time at the bank on the afternoon largely due to the staff helping me. The staff was stationed at counter 7, and her tag read "Trainee". Ms Trainee is very polite. It was my first time at the bank, and I was blur AF. However, Ms Trainee patiently guided me through each step. It was much appreciated!
Callie was really helpful and gave us alot of assistance, she was really friendly as well and made everything easier for us to understand. Shes also very attentive to the customers needs.
