Ms Soo Wei Min was very helpful and friendly. She patiently explained the procedure, guidelines and interest rate to me. She also guided me on my mobile internet banking and ensure that I am able to login successfully. I was at first sceptical of ICBC service due to some negative reviews online but Wei Min proven me wrong. Thank you, Wei Min for the 5 star service and keep up the good work.
The service is good and the business hours are long, which is very convenient for us. We don’t have to wait for a long time. We can also speak Chinese.
