I went to HSBC Plaza Singapura Branch in the afternoon today (Tuesday) for cash withdrawal. The branch was not at all crowded (weekday, afternoon maybe), and after taking a queue number, I just had to wait for ~10 min for my turn. The cashier - Ms. Josephine Lim was very courteous and helpful. I would love to return to the branch in the future.
Appreciate for ur help, Iāve been asking for help to settle my personal line of credit issue and internal banking. Now has been resolved!! Thank you!! Good service provided by Nina Kuan.
I went down to the branch at orchard plaza this morning and the counter staff Ms.Shuyang was very patient and helpful. Thank you.
