I went to the branch around 3 pm and experienced quite good service. I did not have time to finish my coffee before my queue number appeared on the display. The advisor, Mrs. J.Lee, was very helpful and efficient and I felt very much treated like an individual, not like a queue number. Alll things on my list were taken care of very diligently, so it is a full 5*.

I went to HSBC Plaza Singapura Branch in the afternoon today (Tuesday) for cash withdrawal. The branch was not at all crowded (weekday, afternoon maybe), and after taking a queue number, I just had to wait for ~10 min for my turn. The cashier - Ms. Josephine Lim was very courteous and helpful. I would love to return to the branch in the future.

I went down to the branch at orchard plaza this morning and the counter staff Ms.Shuyang was very patient and helpful. Thank you.
