Puffs And Peaks Bakery

I’ve been an avid fan of this wonderful, homely bakery for years- so much so that i’d make to 2.5h journey from the west to the east solely for their bakes. Its a little out of the way, yes- but I stand by my belief that they make the best filled donuts (amongst many other things) on the island, and that journey is always worth it. Their passion and genuinity shines through in their locally inspired, highly original rotating menu. They have a wonderful attention to detail, in a warm, familial way- no gimmicks or fanfare. Sadly, I don’t live in Singapore anymore, but it remains one of my favourite bakeries on the island, and one I’ll always return to when i’m home!

Ordered several times and always impressed by their bakes. I especially love their donuts - personally to me, they are the perfect texture. My fav is the plain cinnamon :9 My fav donuts in sg so far! Today, got a taste of their pistachio blueberry loaf cake and was also blown away by the flavour, texture and perfect moisture. I love that they have seasonal boxes that are a fun mix - lovely for gifting. And i love that they are always experimenting and coming up with new fresh delicious bakes (while always having my fav donuts. Haha. Dont rotate that ever!).

This humble cosy bakery I recently discovered has one of the best quiches I've had, hands down. The quality of their pastry layers and fillings are simply... omphh! Their addictive cakes tasted home-made with love and hits hard on the heart strings of my heart. My new go-to pastry/cake cravings satisfier.
