Fredo's Bakery

Have been buying the buns, bread, cakes, quiches and tarts which were all very delicious! But when I bought a slice of pear cake to try yesterday. Was I blown away by the taste and texture without being overly sweet. It was like a mouse cake, with yummy chocolate and crispy bits with each bite Do give it a try. Though priced on the higher end, but its worth the while paying for it.

Looking for nice bakery in the west and found Fredo’s. Went around 2plus in the afternoon and some items were already sold out (good sign since that usually means they have great stuff). Items are bigger-sized than the typical pastries and I love love love the the dark chocolate malt tart (I think that’s the name) and the macadamia tart! Totally didn’t disappoint.

I only get my country sourdough here and nowhere else (tried a few others). And of course the orange scones. Sometimes the croissants, the buns, the tarts. Basically my go-to bakery in the neighbourhood. Alfredo and Kai are friendly, and they always have something creative and new to try.
