Baker & Cook Swan Lake

The Pain au Levain here is one the best sourdough in Singapore up there with TBB and Providore, so are their croissants, tarts and cakes. I use air fryer to lightly toast breads for a minute and it’s the perfect balance of crisp and chewiness. I have to declare that the Multigrain Croissant is the best Croissant I have ever had. It’s my fav now. Ultimate shiok. Back again for the Dempsey Sprouted Wheat Sourdough. So fresh and soft on the inside. Absolutely fabulous when lightly toasted. This might be my new fav. And of course our usual Multigrain Croissant. Shiok.

Comfortable and great service by cheery staff! The BBQ pork ribs were tender and tasty! Pizza was good with soft dough, and comes with chilli flakes and cheese sprinkles. Chicken Tenders with Fries were a great delight, served with chilli and ketchup. Price was reasonable, so a definite must come again another day.

I've discovered a hidden gem in Bedok - a pet-friendly shop with an amazing vibe! Every weekend, I find myself drawn back to this charming spot. Their sourdough, pizza and plain croissants are absolute must-trys - hands down, some of the best I've ever had.
