Old Street Bak Kut Teh

A warm bowl of Bak Kut Teh, a sweet bowl of soya bean curb and a nice service staff to warm my cold day. I toppled my soya bean curb by accident and had to trouble this lady to clean up the mess. I thought that was it and to my surprise, she came back with new bowl without me requesting for it! During my course of meal, she was attentive enough that she served us an empty bowl thinking that we will share our rice (which we did). All these were done with a smile. I am very appreciative and thankful to her for an above my expectation service. Thank you!

Nice bak kut teh (peppery style). Tried the set which come with rice, 1 standard Bak kut teh (with soup, you tiao (fried dough) and bean curd. Also ordered handmade barley which total up to less than $25 inclusive of Service Charge and GST. Giving 5 stars for the exceptional service by the staff, giving to bowls of soup, keep checking if we need to top up the soup even the pork rib only left 1 pc.

Food were great as always. Compare to Paya lebar branch, here is lot decent.
