Fauzy is my service advisor for my Volvo. He is very professional in his work, customer-orientated with good technical knowledge/advice and most importantly he is very committed in delivering his promises and a quality work. I sent my car for repair and he attended to it promptly, identified the root cause and get it repaired with minimal cost and downtime compared to other workshops. Nowadays, It is very hard in the automotive industry to find someone like fauzy who is so passionate about his work. Keep up the good work!!

Excellent and very friendly staff and technicians. Especially Doris who served us at the counter. She is very personal and helpful. Very prompt service and honest people. Tip: Loyang branch has an air conditioned canteen next to the reception which you can grab a quick bite. Decent and cheap. Will send my car here for servicing again.
