18 years & 4 cars later, i’m still here. Convenience & trust is key to my loyalty. Price is fairly reasonable when i weigh out their location, expertise & importantly the peace of mind i get. They were able to solve all my car issues & were quick to rescue me when my car stalled or the battery went flat. Staff remained the same throughout these years, reflecting their commitment & dedication. Keep up the good work!

Came to remove bolt stuck in tyre without appointment, service was decently quick; counter staff and mechanics were all polite and professional.

Called in the morning to schedule a servicing. They could attend to me immediately and within 3hrs, car was ready. Nice people who didn't try to force u to do things you didn't want to change. Highly recommended!

I wish to lodge a complaint regarding a Shell AutoServe staff member, Ah-Lu, at the Shell AutoServe station in Sengkang (opposite Police STAR Complex). On 22 January 2026 at about 7:14 PM, my car was immobilised due to a completely flat tyre and a tow truck had been arranged. Despite being informed, Ah-Lu deliberately blocked the tow truck from entering and later exiting the alley, resulting in us being stuck for over 45 minutes. My explanation that moving the car would damage the rims was dismissed as “not his business.” An elderly assistant staff who tried to help was also rudely turned away. The situation only improved after I indicated I would escalate the matter further. This behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable, and does not reflect Shell’s service standards. I request Shell to investigate this incident, including reviewing CCTV footage, and take appropriate action. - Shaz Reply
