A big shoutout to Foo Brothers for their extremely customer service. I had known Ron since my subaru days where his WS is always highly recommended in car groups. Boss Ron has always been customer focused in dealing with his customers and friends. His mechanic are meticulous and professional too. Yesterday my car, after went through a porthole when we are on the way to airport, lost tyre pressure and the dreaded tyre punture situation happened. Normally I am quite cool about this but as my wife is alone in handling this as I need to take a flight out, I immediately called Ron and he gave us sound advises and also went out of his way and sacrificed his time to wait when the tow truck came after 2hrs plus which eats into his after work hours. He waited and also explained our situation to the tyre shop for tyre replacement and asked them to wait for our car as it was way passed their operating hours after the tow truck finally came. Some places might just say that it's after their working hours and ask us to find help at other places. But Boss Ron helped and stayed behind. He did not benefits anything at all from this ordeal but he still stayed behind to help laise all these. All these helped my wife a lot as she is alone to handle all these. Kudos once again for your help, your sacrifice and friendship. Best Workshop ever in my opinion!
