I was looking for a new workshop after shifting house and chanced upon ECV. Sent my car for regular servicing and aircon servicing today. Their service is top-notch. Transparent and affordable pricing, clear and regular communication throughout the process via WhatsApp. Trustworthy and efficient. Enjoyed the process with them and had a peace of mind. Good service overall. First time visiting this workshop for servicing. Although there were some hiccups with my appointment, the team was still accommodating and accepted my servicing request. They kept me updated throughout, which helped me understand the reason for the wait. Appreciate the transparency and effort. Will come back again.
