George, the owner has been in this business for decades. I bought electric appliances from him these years. He is a honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Recently, my bottom fridge is not cold while top freezer is working. As it is out of manufacturer warranty, I consult George. He advised me to power off the fridge for 4 hours to defrost. The solution works. Very thankful to him.
