The service provided by Cheng and his helper Kayal were excellent and professional. They were polite, conscientious, respectful, responsible and reliable. I’m extremely happy with their work. They also kept the rooms clean after cleaning and servicing my 2 air-conditioners. The price was reasonable. I recently engaged Newways Aircon for servicing, handled by Cheng and his assistant. I opted for a major wash on all four of my aircon units and the compressor, as they hadn't been cleaned in two years. They kept my place clean, and the entire servicing took less than an hour. They were well-equipped and did a great job . Booking was easy and hassle-free, arranged through their customer service via WhatsApp chat. I was pleasantly surprised that they replied to my inquiry even at midnight
