I have used Skyzone for a few years now for my routine AC servicing. The team (Eddie/ Loong) is very good. He did very good diagnostics when my room ac wasn't cool (needed to change 2-way thermistor) then explained to me well what to do and the cost involved. also wrote down all repair details and the model numbers for my AC so that I can refer them in the future. The customer service lady is also very fast and responsive on Whatsapp.

Mr Eddie and Mr loong is the installation technician who replace the new system for my owner house, they are doing a great jod and the installation process are very fast without messy, also clean up again after the job done.
