Vincent politely explained to me when I asked for probable cause and potential cost to repair my air con issue. Technicians arrived within stated time. They were also polite and again, they explained to me the source of the problem and the cost before proceeding. Was a pleasant experience and transaction.

Service was excellent. The aircon service-man was also meticulous in his work, and offered very useful advice on additional issues I might face, and how to handle it.
