I have an annual contract with Ninja Cool Service. If you can arrange a group maintenance contract together with your neighbors, surely you will get a better price without reducing the service quality. That was I did with my fellow neighborhood. The best experience that I have, comes for the customer service which is very professional and knows the customer needs.

Ninja Cool is good. I have been using their services for over 2 years. Cleaning, repairing and installation, everything they do they do it well.

The pricing is reasonable and the team that provided the servicing of Aircon (Mitsubishi Electric) was very professional and experienced. They even kept the place neat and tidy for me. Recommended.
