michael and team did a great job with explaining the problems with my aircon. although my brand is hitachi, they still persevered through with the fixing of my aircons and did a good job fixing and cleaning. Will recommend to my friends and family. may also reconsider changing to other brands with them due to the problems faced. thank you so much!
