Customer Service: Ms Joanna & Ms Rose are very responsive & well versed in their job duties. Fast & efficient in booking and answering if queries. Technician: Mr Ramesh is very punctual & provides quality service. Fast & efficient in his job including proper cleaning of Aircon & checking of compressor. Quite honest and provides good advice. They are quite flexible as the technician arrives 1 hour before the scheduled appointment but happen that my hubby is having a conference meeting. So the technician left and came back on schedule time.

The customer service officer Richard was very prompt in replying to my queries. The technician Mr. Pandi did a great job in servicing the air-con. He was punctual and polite and took great care in handling the unit. When doing the cleaning, he was also careful to clean up the area around the unit so that the dust did not settle all over the floor.

Having used them twice now, once for an emergency and once for general service, I’m very confident in saying the team here are brilliant. Extremely professional, highly responsive and great levels of customer service. Very happy with Ramesh and Alyssa for their work. Would highly recommend.
