Despite appearing to be a big player in the local automobile service market, I can't help to feel a good sense of personalized service from the team at Autoworld. Came here all the way from Yishun only to do the Threebond glass coating since it is on promotion and was impressed by the friendly staff and nice customer lounge. There was a minor hiccup with the coating on the bumper a few days later and Autoworld did not hesitate to rework nor dispute. Special thanks to Jiamin/Tori/Jason for the good service before and after-sales. Will definitely come back again. Keep up the good work.

Brought my car for Castrol Edge servicing package today. Very friendly staff, both front desk and service crew, reasonable pricing. Nice clean and tidy lounge area. Open 7 days a week. Will come back for more servicing. No booking is required as they have 10 service bays. Overall good experience. Thumbs up!

The place is very nice all the staff r very friendly especially 1 of the staff name Fad is very polite n good guy usually my car he will do the servicing n checking n he will let me know if my car needs to change anything. Thank you to FAD & KONG.

Very knowledgeable and skilful workshop. Really helpful in rectifying the problem and providing great quality work. Not only parts repair and servicing, but they are also good in electrical matters of the car as well.

Came here to do regular car servicing. Checks were thorough and detailed. Any additional servicing costs were supported with logical advice and recommendation, with no obligations. Prices are acceptable compared to other workshops. Fast turnaround time. Highly recommended.

Very responsive team. Went to replace my alternator. Mr.John, the mechanic was very helpful and polite. Charges were nominal but not that cheap. I will wait to see the status of the vehicle after a few months.
