8 months since I moved in my BTO and didn’t know how dirty my units were till Dr Cool came by to do a whole chemical overhaul, wash and revacuum. even taught me and my husband on how to properly care for our aircon units and a good schedule (+ economical) to keep up with the maintenance. amazing service and my units are as good as new. thank you!

Good and professional services doned by Iskandar and Aziz. They did a thorough assessment for all my a/c units and explained in details on the parts that required servicing. Iskandar and Aziz also gave a price transparency of the various servicing fees (chemical washing, overhaul etc.) and provided tips and advices on the care and maintenance for my a/c unit. Thank you Iskandar and Aziz for your 3hrs to ensure my a/c produces 'northpole' temperature.

Did normal maintenance for 2 FCU and chemical overhaul for another 2 FCU. For the chemical overhaul, Crew removed FCUs from the wall, disconnect the gas line and pumped in new gas. Now my FCUs are cleaned and blowing stronger. Happy customer.
