Has been with Air Connection ever since they just started the Company.. My first contact with Nick was a nice one.. He is friendly and able to give useful advise. I have since with them for 2 rounds changes of my air-con. Techicians are always friendly and always go to the extra length to help their customer.. highly recommended to those who wanna change their air-con or air-con servicing..
After 15 years, the compressor wanted to retire. Wasn't looking forward to mess of changing from a 4 to a 3 system. But Mr Cheng and his team did a good job. Advised on the best solution, and fixed and patched and cleaned and left us happy.
Excellent service. Did not try to be sneaky and upsell me. Treated me with respect and trusted me to make my own judgment on the services. Definitely recommend!
