Sweatbox Yoga

I registered my 200-Hrs RYT with Sweatbox Yoga to deepen my understanding in the practice and eventually share an experience that is so beneficial to me physically and mentally with the community. Lynette and Rachel are very knowledgeable. They are AMAZING mentors and provided great guidance in my learning journey. Personally, there is so much of unlearning as well as unpacking to do and I am very glad that I have chosen Sweatbox Yoga for this certification.

I have tried a class here via Class Pass and I would like to give shout out to the teacher ST :) She is one of the rarest teacher that I have encountered so far that will reach out to each student to correct posture and even give tips after the class is over. This place is definitely recommended and I would want to switch here once my subscription is over :)

Finally found a place with yoga class that do not rush to show their yoga postures. The instructor is focus to bring us thru a journey to feel our body better which bring more awareness in sensing our body signals. The class is well managed by experience instructor although there is mixing class members who maybe 1st time practice in yoga. Location is convinient , just walking distance from orchard mrt. Easy classs check in process.
