Sweatbox Yoga

Best place to take your YTT! I signed up for YTT course because I just wanted to learn more about the the poses and to just deepen my own practice. However, I gained so much more - Lynette and Rachel are so knowledgeable and inspiring. Both of them are incredibly patient and I had so many “ah-ha!” moments throughout. I picked up so many practical tips to deepen my own practice and to guide students. I now feel inspired and empowered to teach. I looked forward to every session - very glad that I chose Sweatbox to complete my 200hours course.

Dear Lynette n Rachel, glad that I have chosen Sweatbox Yoga for YTTC. Both of you are very engaging n encouraging throughout the course. I am also grateful that despite my ankle injury, I am empowered in my yoga space, allowing me to listen to my body in various poses. Thanks to Lynette and Rachel! I have learnt a lot from 200hrs YTT from Sweatbox Yoga! The course is not just teaching us about Yoga poses, it is also about attitude towards life. I will continue to learn and practise. The course is definitely adding colours to my yoga journey!
